Hines Announces Private Wealth Solutions Expansion Into Latin America

Strategic Partnership with iCapital Provides Latin American Investors Access to Diversified Global Real Estate Portfolio

(HOUS­TON) – Hines, the glob­al real estate invest­ment man­ag­er, today announced the suc­cess­ful close of the first Hines-spon­sored invest­ment offer­ing in Latin Amer­i­ca. Through the part­ner­ship between Hines Pri­vate Wealth Solu­tions (Hines PWS) and iCap­i­tal¹, the glob­al fin­tech plat­form, dri­ving the world’s alter­na­tive invest­ment mar­ket­place for the wealth man­age­ment indus­try, Latin Amer­i­can investors have gained access to a diver­si­fied glob­al port­fo­lio of real estate assets, all out­side of Latin Amer­i­ca, with a total val­ue of $4.14B as of March 31, 2024. This port­fo­lio is near­ly two-thirds weight­ed toward indus­tri­al and liv­ing sec­tors and has prop­er­ties in eight coun­tries, includ­ing the Unit­ed States and across Europe. The invest­ment offer­ing was backed by Hines, a lead­ing glob­al real estate invest­ment man­ag­er with over 4,900 employ­ees oper­at­ing in mar­kets around the world and more than $93B in AUM.²
